Being wanting a steak so I took the kids and I to Outback after church Sunday and Samuel gave the BEST service I have had in a long time!!!! From being friendly, to having refills before having to ask! He even pre-bussed (removed unnecessary plates) during our meal!!! He came back after we got our food to even see how the meal was going!! I usually write reviews when I’m pissed but I’m going to start writing reviews when I’m impressed as well!!! We came through conway about 3 years ago and ate here and had a server named Phillip. We went yesterday and had Phillip again and he was amazing. Food was good. I ordered the quesadilla and I ordered no honey mustard and it came with it but the manager was super nice and handled it. Over all good fod and good folks.

The best experience we have ever had at a steakhouse!! My son steak was a little under so we had them cook it a little more. The proprietor brought it out to us and apologized!!! The server Rachet was absolutely the most amazing server we have ever had!!! We were going to order 2 different sides and our server pointed out we could get their new appetizer trio for about as much as 1 appetizer! He made suggestions that were helpful. He treated us like he knew us his whole life and we were his only customer!!! If I could I would give this place 1,000,000 stars!!! Everything was fresh, delicious,

I was pleasantly surprised at how good our meal was tonight. Our previous experiences here were not so great with long wait times, food not cooked right, etc. We went tonight to try again and whoever is the manager, is doing something right. Service was excellent, drinks were fabulous, and our steaks were cooked perfectly! We will be back.
