Devastated that the quality of pavement has gone so far down. The sandwiches have always been expensive but the quality justified the price. This sandwich was $15 and the egg is half the size it used to be, this skinny bacon was probably $3. Not the thick cut they used to have. At least update your pictures so customers know what a rip off the sandwich is.

Ordered a gluten free bagel “sunrise” breakfast sandwich. Received cold, untoasted white bread with cream cheese and egg. Last order I received a semi-frozen bagel, and when I asked them to warm it was met with looks of confusion and disgust. Staff is dismissive, food is gross at best. $14 for flabby bread? pass.

Edited review: I believe this is my last time ordering from this establishment. For $5.50, this is the bagel and cream cheese I received. It’s a very steep price for effectively just bread, and this has been happening consistently as I come here frequently. I’m disappointed, I used to love this place Great staff! Though I’m never super impressed by the coffee here (somewhat watered down, but I’m just particular) I love the bagels and sandwiches!! So grateful for all the vegan options :) I’m sad there isn’t more seating but they do the best they can with the small space

Nice bagels and coffee. Honey butter and bacon is a great combo! The bacon isn't smoked so it just ends up tasting amazingly sweet. The lox bagel was also great. Not too many raw onions, and the tomato kept it light and fresh. The store itself is way too tiny though! Now I understand why this place always looks packed. Even though there was a long line, the staff did not seem to make an effort to work faster at all.
