Slow service. Took over 20 mins after we got our drinks to even get a server to come take our order. I got the oriental chicken salad. It was horrible because it was mostly cabbage. I got like 10 pieces of actual lettuce. No where on the menu did it say it was mostly cabbage.

I’ve been to Applebee’s plenty of times before and they usually have pretty good food & service. I typically like to get appetizers when I’m at Applebees - I love the spinach & artichoke dip, the chicken wonton tacos, and the brew pub loaded fries! I recently tried the new grilled cheese cheeseburger here and it was okay. The side of tomato soup was really thick and definitely felt more like a sauce rather than soup, and they didn’t give me very much of it. The fries were good and the burger was pretty good too. Sometimes people go above and beyond what is expected of them. Words cannot describe the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have right now. My family are regulars on Monday nights because my boys enjoy having "Apple Buzz Buzz" after swimming lessons. My boys are rambunctious, and I honestly don't feel comfortable at some restaurants because of it. But we consistently get the same server whom I regrettably don't know her name. I will make a point to learn it next time I see her. Anyway, this server knows what's up. When my husband had to take one of them home early for misbehaving a coup

Welllll....the food was the only decent thing about this location. Incredibly slow service - from the hostess, to the server, to the floor manager! The carpeting/floors are dirty and stained. The walls have peeling wallpaper, stained, and look moldy. The bathroom was dirty, smelled bad and was unstocked . I would definitely NOT recommend this location nor would I return. This place absolutely needs an ALL OVER upgrade!!
