We visited George on our way back home from the airport. As soon as I stepped in, I felt comforted by the warm atmosphere - the decor is minimal yet cozy with lots of sunlight filtering through. I had their seasonal Maple Cayenne Mocha and their Cinnamon Scone and Nutella on Brioche. The Mocha itself was top notch - well rounded with a kick. I highly recommend it! The pastries were also done well. No unnecessary fluff and balanced flavours. My only regret was the I was pressed for time and didn't bring a book to read with me. Definitely check it out if that is your jam.

Beautiful space and great atmosphere — this café has all the ingredients of a great third-wave coffee shop. Unfortunately my latte was disappointing. The milk texture looked like it had simply been dumped on top with large bubbles instead of smooth microfoam, and it was served with a lid already on it which seemed to hide the presentation. Once I took the lid off it was pretty rough for a specialty coffee shop. To their credit, they did remake the drink when I mentioned it, which I appreciated. Went to there for lunch. It was great experience. Order for Esspreso and butter bread with banana and some spread. Nice place to have brunch or lunch or light dinner with family or working too. Enough space inside and outside. Really excellent place to enjoy.

☕ Had an amazing time again at George + Provisions in Coppell! ☕ The coffee was fantastic, the vibes were cozy and welcoming, and both regular lattes and one of their specialty drink, the banana matcha latte, were absolutely fabulous. Big shoutout to Malu for always having a smile and awesome service + great barista. If you’re in the area and looking for a great coffee spot with a character & vibes , I definitely recommend checking them out.
