Stopped in for lunch on a weekday and it was way better than I expected. Got the Sourdough Jack combo and the bread was actually toasted just right, not soggy, not burnt. Fries were fresh and hot. The staff was moving fast considering the lunch rush. Dining room was clean too, which I appreciate. Knocked off a star because the self-order kiosk kept freezing but someone helped me out quick.

I tried to order a #26 with curly fries and a water. The fries are a 1.60 upcharge, ok... hashbrowns it is. Too late for coffee, which it comes with. Water is an (can you guess?) Upcharge. "It's because of the cup." OK then, can I get a water in the coffee cup? "No." Fine. No combo. I got the sandwich and a small dr. Pepper. Dr. Pepper was almost out of syrup, tasted like dirty water. Sandwich was a mess. Never going back, the staff was rude, restaurant was extraordinarily unclean from my vantage point, tried to upcharge on every thing, and I couldn't even sub a coffee for a small water withou

Went to this location during lunch time. The speed of the drive-thru and the service was exceptional. However, the food fell a little short. The burger was good, but the egg roll and onion rings looked like they spent too much time in the fryer. Everybody has an off day, so I wouldn't be opposed to trying it again.

Food was right, local was clean , front lady was very nice, my only concern is about the corporation, why only one person at the kitchen and one for front and one for drive through, at breakfast rush hour, no wonder why there’s too many people complaining about the wrong sandwich, jack please don’t be jack and don’t expose your employees to be in the situation, start getting the right people to cover your rush hours , this is not right , see there’s was a lady complaining about her food , jack do the right thing and get fix asap.
