I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed two separate orders, and both were served cold, with food that appeared to have been sitting for quite some time before being handed out. The fries were cold, soggy, and lacked freshness. I also ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee, but was given a sugar-free version instead. In addition, my small Coke was missing from the order, requiring multiple trips back to the counter to get the items I had already paid for. The morning and evening shift staff at this location seem to work in the same way, but unfortunately customer satisfaction does not appear to be a priority here. Compared to other McDonald’s locations, the employees there are much more respectful and genuinely happier. I am not talking about every single employee at this location, but maybe 90% to 95% of them come across as rude and unsure how to properly communicate with customers. I believe they need better training, and if they are unhappy working there, they should consider leaving by their own choice. No one should stay somewhere they ar

I stopped in after picking my mom up from the hospital because she wanted salty fries. Okay, I order meals. The spicy chicken sandwiches were perfectly presented but very dry.

Food here was decent, not the best McDonald's around, definitely not the worst though. No ice in the soda machine. That's my only criticism. While we were there in October we got to see a Lil photo shoot for Halloween going on.
