Now why would you pass this on to the customer? The end of the bread wasn’t even in the tray. Did you eat it? Either way, you knew this is what it looked like. Food should be made presentable especially when preparing it for others. Hadn’t eaten at a sonic in a while because they would always burn my onion rings. I guess this is how it ends.

I have now visited the Sonic twice today at two different times once this morning and then once this afternoon and both times my sweet tea has had a sour taste to it not a big one a very slight one. And I can't get nobody on the phone ever so maybe this might reach somebody to make sure that they're cleaning their tea earns out even the spout and taking it apart correctly

I think Sonic is an excellent go to for when you want a good burger and fries. But this morning, I was appalled by my burrito Order #432864. I said light egg, and all it had WAS EGG!. No Sausage, No bacon, No cheese..just sauce(which is fire btw) and EGG. Please be sure to check the order before preparing or taking out to customer. Thank you

Everything- I filled a survey already but there were updates and I don’t think I will get a response online. I waited in total almost 45 minutes from mobile order at the patio area till receiving my food and milkshake. I believe the order was made and just sat there getting cold and the shake melting. I flagged down a runner around minute 15 and asked him kindly to take a look at my order. He did and the back staff was looking for it. 10 minutes later after seeing all these other orders go through I clicked the red light. No response for another 10 minutes.
