I had a really great experience at Krispy Kreme thanks to this guy named Chris. He was super friendly, respectful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he works hard and actually cares about doing his job well. It’s not every day you come across workers with that kind of attitude and effort. He definitely made the visit better, and Krispy Kreme is lucky to have someone like him on the team.

Used to be an every weekend go to place for our family.. But the last several times we’ve gone, it seems who ever is making the donuts now just doesn’t care what they put out. These were supposed to be “cake donuts.” It seems to get worse and worse every time. Very disappointing. It’s been about 5 months of terrible quality and not so great service. How has corporate not stepped in and done something?

We tried 2 new donuts, at least new to us. Cinnamon apple and New York Cheesecake. I didn't care for the cinnamon apple, personal preference because of the topping but the cheesecake one was pretty darn good. My favorite is the creme filled and always will be. The service was excellent! We spent a total of $18.39 for 2 dozen donuts.

This facility does not make the donuts on site...they are shipped in from a KK in Omaha. We waited in line behind 1 car and it took well over 15 mins.min. to find out they were not fresh after we already completed the transaction.
