The customer service was just as impressive; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. I ordered an iced lavender vanilla latte and since they did not have almond milk I had it made with coconut milk instead. The syrup flavors did not come through and the added shot that I was hoping would make it the perfect morning boost I needed, was lost in the coconut milk.
