Since you recently started being open 24 hours, I’ve been stopping by late at night, and I just wanted to say the experience has been consistently great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, even during those late hours, which really stands out. The food has been fresh, hot, and crispy every time, and you can tell the oil is clean and well-maintained. The mozzarella sticks were especially excellent—not greasy at all. Today in particular was awesome—my Whopper came in a box, fresh and perfectly put together. No smashed bun or sauce spilling everywhere, it honestly looked like something

This BK doesn’t have the staff to handle the high volume it has during lunch rush so it seems! Older Woman handling orders was NOT friendly at all. She’s calling my name with me right in front of her and I’m saying that I am David, yet she ignored me and continues to call out “David” - no order number given, and no list of items said……..just a name and then ignored it. That’s crappy service! Be friendly lady, not a scowl. And there were a LOT of customers waiting a while for their food. Hire more staff please. Meal was excellent.

We LOVE Burger King and the Cranberry Township location! We have been coming here for over 15 years. ❤️ Every few months, we order at the drive-thru and take our food home to enjoy as a special treat. The staff is always friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. Made a stop at the Cranberry Burger King on my way home from Clarion and had to give a shoutout where it’s due. Jason M helped me out and did an outstanding job — friendly, efficient, and genuinely excellent service, which makes all the difference on a road trip stop. Sometimes a great experience is about more than just the food, and this one stood out. Hot, fresh food, quick service, and a classic Whopper that hit the spot.
