I did not expect exceptional service from a late-night mobile order drive-through pickup, but the level of service I experienced was completely unacceptable. I love the services Jose and other staff provided when I visited the McDonald's restaurant this lunchtime. When I was leaving, the customer first, service first and hard working Jose opened the front door for other customers and me with a kind and smiley face. He made me feel at home.
