Today was my first time trying Edo, and I ordered the bulgogi and kimchi jjigae to go. It’s always interesting to see what kinds of banchan places offer, and I love that it’s usually different each time. I absolutely loved the radish kimchi!! Such great flavor. The bulgogi was good, but it maybe needed a little more salt or something extra? It felt like it was missing just a tiny something. Still very pleasant overall! When I got home, I had to try the kimchi jjigae. Have you ever had something so insanely good it could make you cry?!? It tasted like it was made with so much love. There were

One of the best places around. The environment, the food, the service and the vibes are amazing!! Their food is sooooo good. The quality and the love that goes to make it is beyond amazing. Truly a gem of a place in Danbury. Must try their Bimbibap served on a hot stone! Pro tip: you can bring your own bottle

Great experience. We loved the quiet, intimate vibe on a Sunday evening. Wasn’t too packed, and the volume was low. The food was really good and their service is excellent. Because they’re not serving a ton of people, the service is fast and personable.

I live 1.5 hours away and every time I've come here has been a 10 out of 10. I first discovered it while in the area and now I return every month, its that good! I've gotten the tuna tartare, manhattan roll, and mandooguk soup. All are so fresh and absolutely divine! The soup gelatinized to rock solid in the fridge and thats how you know its full of gelatin and all the good stuff from a homemade bone broth base. Last time I was here, Jay (owner) even checked in on me via tex to double check I got home safe because a snow storm was rolling in as I left. Very good hospitality and quality. This
