Placed a ddash order and it was expected to Arrive over hour ago. Typically it arrives in 20-30 minutes from this carls Jr and I’ve used it before. Today ive been waiting for over an hour and the app has already swapped me through 5 different drivers because the food is still being prepared. Food still hasn’t arrived and its Still waiting to pick up order. Edit order was cancelled at 7 pm because carls jr wasn’t able to compete the order, according to the app

Asked for ketchup and tartar for fries and burger. Nothing to be found in bag when at destination. So tired of lazy employees not actually checking what customers have asked for at fast food restaurants. That’s why I go to them only when desperately hungry and no other options. My sister used to rave about Carl’s Junior.. I sense that Carl’s Senior would be ashamed. Mediocre burger, cold limp fries, no attention to order, and one lost future customer. quite literally the slowest drive through i have ever been through. genuinely seemed like there was only 1 worker. Took forever just to get our order taken when there was only 1 car in front of us, and once they took our order, took about 15 mins of sitting in the drive through to get food. don’t come here if you’re in a rush.
