The tender beef with vermicelli is amazing. Bbq pork is a bit on the dry side. Love that I can communicate in my mother tongue language to the chef. Keep up the great work!
Sahara Joshee★Paid $18 for what was advertised as beef but was mostly gristle and fat (photo attached). After one bite, I told the waitress it was inedible and asked if it was possible to swap it out. She said she’d check and eventually returned with a side of chicken but didn’t say anything. At checkout, the guy at the register (white guy, 20s, really deep voice) tried charging for both the beef and chicken, argued when told that we couldn’t eat the beef at all, then rolled his eyes and said “whatever” before taking $5 off. Coming to Davis, I had cravings for Bahn Mi and this scratched the itch! I ordered the grilled pork Bahn mi and it was delicious!!
