Normally, I have no issues with Biggby tea! However, today, I sipped on my Hot Spicy Cinnamon and discovered the leaves in the water—I think the bag must’ve ripped. Otherwise a great experience! Just kind of annoying having tea leaves in my mouth lol. Went through the Drive-Thru.

By far my favorite coffee shop. Food and drinks are delicious, prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and fun. They also support local artists with the Dayton Society of Artists mini-gallery sponsored by Beyond Vision Art. Highly recommended.

I used to get Biggby all the time. Today I thought I would treat myself with a bragel and a coffee since I dont live near one and had an appointment at the hospital near by. Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru and then was told they were backed up and they could not do any of their hit food items. Waited another 5 minutes to get to the window for the coffee and was pretty annoyed by this time. I would have backed out and left if there weren't 3 cars behind me. Highly disappointed.

First time coming to this location and I’m kinda disappointed. The best part about a bragel is the cream cheese and today I got almost none. I also ordered an iced teddy bear which was super cute but tasted bitter. Guess I’ll stick with the Kettering location.
