First time going. Would definitely good back. The sweet sauce that came with it was good. I also tried carolina one, had a nice little kick to it. Tried the shredded chicken, had good flavor and was juicy and soft. Also tried the sliced brisket. It had nice flavor, not all fat like some places and not all soggy either. Was pretty good. They were all friendly folks in there too. Food came out fast. Give them a try!

Have lived in Dayton my whole life and this is the first time trying Fatback’s and I have definitely been missing out! By far well worth the price!! Sandwiches are huge the potatoes are some of the best I’ve had.. all around great food

I tried Fatback's Barbecue for the first time today (Wednesday at 1pm) It has a small eat in dining area with 6 tables that seat four people, highchairs are available. I love the decor (see attached pictures) The service was fast and friendly, and the food delicious 😋 The chopped brisket was moist and seasoned lightly, the potatoes were a one of a kind experience that I am happy to repeat. I love country green beans and these are my favorite. I'm so glad I found this place.

First time eating at Fatbacks and it did not disappoint! Very good brisket that was tender and their bbq sauce has the perfect amount of sweet and heat. The baked beans are also absolutely delicious. You won’t regret coming here if you want to try some real authentic bbq. Best in Dayton!!!
