I take my nana here to watch the pony races in the basement and reminisce about the good ol' days. Then I heard upstairs and grab a solid pint and kick back. Excellent place to stop and grab a drink before or after going to the sack.

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. Litterally no salt, no flavor. What service? They dont have any waitresses. Bartender was nice enough. Atmosphere was fine, its a basic irish pub. On a positive note, the Guinness was a perfect pour. No deals or specials on Halloween? $50 for fish and chips and 2 drinks. Pretty pricey for 2 pieces of fish, barely any fries, and 2 small glasses of beer.

We stopped in just to get a couple Kilkenny beers, very hard to find beer after already having a late lunch somewhere else. Kilkenny was perfect per usual. And we got the banana bread pudding dessert, it was amazing cap off. Bartender was friendly and attentive.

Really thought this place was a gem when I walked in. Been a bartender and a server for a long time but what they’re doing is relying on their preceding reputation as a bar. What’s sad is this happens to so many good places. I was sitting at the bar and had to make it known that I wanted to order a drink and move out of my seat to do so. Not only once but twice. Maybe I wasn’t wearing arsenal gear but god damn, I’ll never go here again. Especially after I provided feedback and the response that was provided. Date was January 3rd, 2026, almost 1pm Edited: Joe is great as a bartender. I won’t
