DeWitt Harrison★★★★★This was a lovely, accidental discovery during our most recent visit to LoHi. The weather was cold when we were there so we had to sit inside; the space is rather small. But the neighborly warmth of the place was large. It seemed that most customers were on familiar terms with the proprietors. The coffee and other hot drinks we tried were excellent and the food on offer was good. For example, there are several creative breakfast sandwiches on the menus. In warm weather, I'm guessing the outdoor patio is a very popular neighborhood hangout. We'll have to check it out.
Chris★★★★★Hot chocolate is one of my guilty pleasures. No matter the weather - hot, cold, rainy, whatever - I can enjoy a good cup. I've had the pleasure of trying hot chocolates from NYC to Seattle, Mexico to Europe. I am not exaggerating when I say that I had the 2 best cups of hot chocolate of my life at Maci Cafe. I was only in town for a long weekend, and even though every adventurous bone in my body screams, "Try as many new places as possible," I made a concerted effort to come back here so I could have another cup. Oh and by the way, the food and pastries are good, and the employees were delight
Katherine Jolley★★★★★Very small space so it fills up fast on a cool morning. Outside always has people which is why I checked it out and I am glad that I did. Spicado egg sandwich was awesome. Just had a latte with almond milk but they offer a lot of flavorings if that is your thing.
Eric Yeeger★★★Some delish grub in a cute neighborhood! Love the decor and size of the place. Got coffee, iced tea, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Total came out to ~$35 before tip. 3.5/5 - only loosing points for being pricy. Food seems to come from a good source which is great though!
