It was quiet, nobody in the restaurant.... But was just perfection. I was able to order my food for dine in at the entrance. The cold sake was delicious, the service was quick. The Ramen..... OMG, I found my favorite ramen downtown. Decent prices and I felt like I had reserved the restaurant to myself. The waitress was very kind. Will definitely be coming back here!!!!

I really wanted to like this place because the shop setup was so nice and it's a small local business, but I can't recommend it. The staff don't say a word to you from start to finish. The ramen soup was more salty than had umami, I would expect tonkotsu to be milky and rich. The noodles are generic store bought then cooked, the chashu did not taste like it was braised long enough (bland). The worst part I think is the soft boiled egg, I don't know why but the yolk tasted like it was soaked in soy sauce, not enjoyable. I really wish places like this would improve because I'd rather see them

A place for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, the yam didn’t meet my expectations — it seemed dry and lacking in flavor to me. The chicken in the soup also felt somewhat tough and difficult to chew, and the overall taste didn’t really appeal to me. Because of this, I wasn’t able to fully enjoy my lunch.

I had a great experience at Oishii Ramen! The ramen was flavorful, the broth was rich and authentic, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The portions were generous, and everything arrived quickly. If you're looking for quality ramen in Denver, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I'll be coming back to try more of the menu!
