⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is a gem. My vanilla cappuccino was superb — creamy foam, homemade vanilla flavor, and real vanilla seeds at the bottom of my cup. My husband's Blue Monday (blueberry basil cold brew) was creative and solid, though mine was the clear winner. The block has its challenges, but inside is an oasis — a warm, welcoming, local, craft.

On a three day trip to Denver, I visited Procession. I intended to try as many different coffee shops as possible during my trip, but couldn't resist going to Procession twice because the coffee was phenomenal. Pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable & personable barista, great place to read or do remote work. Try the Blue Monday! Spiced cherry cordial pictured. I still dream about it.

My favorite coffee shop!!! I make any excuse to make the drive up. My current obsession is the rosemary maple latte, one of the winter specials. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to order it, but it is one of the most delicious combinations I've tasted. I've tried a slew of their other offerings, and they're all incredibly well-made.
