Food was enjoyable! My bestie and I went for a birthday trip to Colorado and the ambience, service, and food did not disappoint. Noah was a great server. He was attentive and wanted to make sure that we were not wanting for anything. We ordered the bread service, plum salad, beef flat iron, and the charred beets. Not gonna lie the charred beets were my favorite. It was like a comfort hug but healthy. So good!

Amazing romantic experience. Great service. I got the short ribs and was not disappointed. Can't wait to go back and try their tomahawk steak. Left 4 stars for atmosphere because it was cloudy and hazy that day so the rooftop was not as good as it could be. I'm sure sunny days are magnificent. Update: I added the 5th star to atmosphere, because I keep thinking about the design and patio and they deserve the perfect review.

I came on a weeknight and walked in without a resrvation. The place has a outdoor patio perfect for nightview of the city and a dimly lit warm ambient. Beef carpaccio was delicious, and I also highly recommend the toasted bread. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the populus hotel, so take the elevator up to the restaurant.

Stellar just like the name. Perfect for any celebration. Will write poetry about the cocktails. Bone marrow, flat iron steak were standouts for me, but in my husbands words 'everything was his favorite!'. Great team, we were wined and dined.
