Ordered my food on the app. I paid the upcharge for my refresher, which I wasn’t given. They told me I didn’t order it. I did. My husband the went inside with proof or purchase to receive the drinks. CHRISTIAN laughed at my husband told him “you’re crying over food like a grown man child. Call corporate, I’ll keep my job anyways.” This any employee is apparently a manager and speaks to customers like this and refuses to give you items you paid for. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. Go to genesee location instead.

Ordered online and went through drive thru. Watched them give my food to the person in front of us and then when asked if this was the same food they denied it. The food was warm so maybe that's true.

I constantly write about how McDonald's cant get the order right and the texting by workers. Its crazy to think that they allow the workers to wear ear buds screw up orders and text at work. Not to mention they smoke weed right outside on break.
