The experience was deeply disappointing—burnt, nearly transparent patties and a mere 15 fries (yes, I counted), which amounted to less than half of potato, sold for more than a standard 5lb bag. Hardly justifies the price point... I would appreciate it if you refrained from sending a standard, scripted apology. A generic response won’t undo the subpar experience I had at your establishment.
