I wanted to order a white hot chocolate with no espresso and kids temp so It doesn't burn my child. They made a white mocha latte and extremely hot. I don't like asking for so much however, I'm paying for all accommodations. We tried to call and they wouldn't answer the phone. I don't recommend this location as I've had better service at the scooters at Park Fair mall.

I go to scooters daily.. usually the Altoona location which is always amazing but the university store is very hit and miss.. as i go to this one because its closer to my job i stop here frequently due to time.. today i was given the wrong order and they refuse to answer the phone! this is frustrating because my blended coffee always tastes different.. VERY upset. I ordered a bacon burrito and got a waffle sausage egg sandwich... and i cant eat sausage so its even more frustrating especially since i get rides to work!!

The first time my family and I bought coffee there—and the last time—we ordered two iced coffees, but the coffee was completely hot and had a very strange taste. It was a waste of money; I don't recommend it.

Fast and friendly! The carmelicious coffees are my favorite - iced, blended, AND hot. The tomato and feta omelet bites are insanely delicious- and are a good portion size in my opinion.
