I ordered from the app for delivery- my delivery kept changing and my food was over an hour late. The chicken was not edible. It was hard as a rock and disgusting. I’m pretty disappointed with the prices jacked this is the quality and no one has responded to my email. When I’m spending 40 dollars service and food should matter.

Terrible Attitudes I downloaded the app because I was hungry and I wanted a free burrito. My order was completed before I got there… they then made three new ones and gave me my old one that was sitting there for 15 extra minutes and laughed about it. I won’t be back during night shift. I got a sense of disrespect for no reason. I would be willing to replace the manager for two dollars an hour or less.

They got my order wrong but I'd eaten half the burrito, so I just finished it. I did, however, mention the error to staff. The manager came out to my table with a coupon for a free taco as well as a copy of my receipt with a notation for them to replace it next time. And she did it with a SMILE! 😃😃😃😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Don't know what it is about this location but this is the only location that can't seem to get orders out in a timely matter or have any kind of respect for the people ordering their food. Need to get better employees to run the night shift or something.
