Terrible customer service! I took 30 minutes of my lunch time to go to this location for a gyro meal and mozzarella sticks. I placed the order over the phone so that it’ll be ready when I arrived. I was loud and clear on making sure cheese was added. I almost even stated I wanted 4 slices of cheese. When I got there, order was ready which was great. Took my order back to my station and it didn’t have any cheese see picture. Called in to report it was missing cheese with the location. Lucy was very unprofessional to me. She was also felt as though I lied about having cheese on the sandwich. Sh

OMG! I've been trying to find a a place with good gyros for a decent price. So far this place is best place in the area, but only because of what I'm able to afford. Used UberEats at a discounted rate. A gyro (sauce on the side) with, curly fries, a cup of cheese, and a medium drink for $20 with the tip included. So far the best value for my buck and it all tasted excellent. I recommend Brandy's to any gyro lover visiting the area.

Their menu is extensive, with dishes ranging from Greek to Italian to Mexican to American. There's no way one can't find something they enjoy. Because their menu is wide-ranging it took me some time to peruse it; fortunately, the service was patient. When I was ready, I placed my order at the front counter since it is counter service. I ordered the gyro sandwich deal meal, which included with fries and a medium drink. Almost forgot about this when scrolling thru my photos. This past June was the first time trying this location, 2nd time overall and the previous was at the Schaumburg location. I really like their menu here although to many it may be just another Chicago style/Greek fare restaurant. That's fine by me being I live for Chicago hotdogs, juicy burgers, Italian beef, gyros, fries, etc. The food overall is really good here but the gyros are the bomb. We don't have any Brandy's locations up in Lake County (I live in Beach Park) but I sure wish we did! If ever in the area again, I could definitely
