G. E.★★Even if you order ahead, it won't be ready. They are super slow at this one. The one in Chicago on Foster is much faster, and better overall. There isn't even anyone inside, so it's not like they had a huge rush. Just incredibly slow. Frustrating when you only have a 30 minute lunch, and spend 20 of it waiting on flipping food you ordered and paid for already. Got a refund. This location sucks.

13redle★It took them 28 minutes to make one sandwich. I saw others get their food first. Then they forgot the fries. I just asked for a refund. The staff doesn't know what they were doing.
EDL★★★Ordered 2 pc broasted chicken dinner. 3 pc not an option... only 2 or 4. The chicken and coleslaw was delicious. The biscuit and broasted potatoes were quite dry. Seemed they had been cooked and left out for some time. Eating area was clean. Had to ask for napkins.
