I really wish I was exaggerating, but my experience at IHOP was straight up disgusting. Ordered an omelet, took a few bites, and then boom there’s a whole hair cooked inside my food. Not sitting on top where you could at least pretend it was an accident… no, it was literally mixed in like it was part of the recipe. At that point, I was completely done. Came for a quick late night breakfast meal and left with nothing ! I stood and waited for 25mins before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally I sat down and waited another 30 mins . No one had came over to take my order , or anything. The restaurant wasn’t too busy at all but there were so many employees standing around. It makes no sense !

My family visited on Friday, 2/20, night and had the worst experience ever. This is at the Lancaster location number 3009. Check number 267734472. -The waitress repeats our order totally wrong. I mean it was 3 Dr. Peppers and a sweet tea and somehow she got coffe and hot cocoa from that. The food order was equally difficult for her to enter. -ALL of our meals were wrong after waiting forever. Mine I asked for no whip on my double blueberry pancakes. They came out w whip. Worst experience ever. Saw a cook eating while preparing food, which is unacceptable. Service was extremely slow, food was poorly cooked, and we were told we couldn’t get warm syrup. Other guests even walked out. You could hear staff complaining about not wanting to work. I normally tip well and have had good visits before, but this was a zero-star experience.
