We were traveling in Windsor and stopped here for a cute café tour, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our drinks were served less than full and looked carelessly prepared. Meanwhile, every table around us, especially the smoothies, were served overflowing and much more generously. We didn’t want to think this way, but we were the only Asian couple there, and it felt like we were given a different level of service. So happy I stumbled upon this spot while waiting for my train at Windsor Station. I genuinely love it. It feels like a place that was designed slowly, with heart. Its full of personality, little artifacts collected over time, rustic touches and this cozy warmth that just pulls you in. I had the sweet potato soup of the day, coconut-based and unbelievably comforting. One of those bowls that makes you take a second just to appreciate how good it is.
