I've had Rosauers cakes my whole life because Grandma always said that's the only way to go. So naturally every year she anticipates her beautiful Rosauers Birthday cake. I told the bakery it needed to be extra beautiful, extra ruffles grandma doily like. They sure delivered! Grandma loved her cake and in between each bite she also mentioned how delicious it was. I’ve been a loyal customer at Rosauers for over 13 years and have always enjoyed shopping here. The store itself is wonderful, and most of the employees are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had a very disappointing experience at checkout. I came in with a positive attitude to do my grocery shopping. I even brought my own bags and carefully organized everything to make the process easier, separating produce, cold items, seafood, and meat so the checkout would be simple. We got a fruit tart from the bakery for my daughter’s birthday, and it had gross, cheap whipped cream filling instead of the rich, creamy filling tarts are supposed to have. It could have been decent with the right filling but they cheaped out on it.
