Came through the drive-through on Friday, June 12 and was given the wrong food from the store Went back to tell the store about it and the kid in the drive-through named Alejandro was extremely rude and told me that he would refund my order because they can’t seem to get it right. I explained to him I didn’t want a refund I wanted the food made properly and he continued to argue with me for at least five minutes in the drive-through. Alejandro continue to argue with me and continue to blame me for the problem when all I wanted was the proper food made so I could go home before midnight. Ale

Food quality was terrible and the employees were all rude. The bathroom floor was flooded, the paper towel dispenser was empty and the mirror was disgusting.

Had Supreme crunchy tacos and they were very good. When I went in and stood and the order counter I was not greeted and was left standing there without any acknowledgement or saying they be with me shortly. I felt like they didn't really care that I was there. There was only one other customer inside who was waiting for a to go order and received it shortly after my arrival. Once my order was taken I did receive it fairly quickly.

Service is quick, and the team members are friendly. The food is good and affordable—especially compared to the McDonald’s across the street. In fact, I honestly feel like Taco Bell has become the new McDonald’s in terms of fast-food affordability. Fast food used to be cheap and quick; now it feels more like a luxury. My main complaint about this location is that the soda machine has been broken for over two months. Because of this, employees provide drinks from the dispenser in the kitchen. Unfortunately, every time I’ve ordered a diet soda, I’ve been given the regular version instead. To b
