El Arepazo Doral is a delicious find the arepas are flavorful, generous, and remind me of authentic Venezuelan comfort food. I love how close it is to FIU, which makes it a perfect stop for a quick, hearty meal after class or work. Friendly service and great value too. I’ll definitely be back!

Luis Barrios★★★★★

I have been coming to this authentic Venezuelan place for many years. Over that time, I’ve enjoyed many delicious foods such as arepas and their wide variety of tasty fillings. They have also helped with Venezuela’s political recovery by supporting efforts like the Firmazo. It’s a place that has represented us very well for many years and has served as a meeting point and a source of news. Going back to the food, everything is incredibly delicious and makes for a pleasant moment to enjoy a cachapa, a little coffee, or an empanada—without leaving out their many other menu options and dishes. This

Authentic Venezuelan spot which offers traditional Venezuelan dishes. Today I had a pabellon and a tres leches everything was really good, the meat had that characteristic taste that differentiates our dish from the rest. The tres leches was also very good tasted like if it was home made. Overall great place to eat since the prices are also decent. Keep up the good work!

Quality has dropped over the years! This once iconic Venezuelan restaurant has dropped in quality over the years. 20 years ago they would make you the cachapas and arepas from scratch, now they use pre made and prepackaged cachapas and arepas. About the only reason I give it a 2 star, is because the staff is always great!
