I’d give this McDonald’s 4 out of 5 stars. The food was good—fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect. The fries were especially great, crispy and well-seasoned. The wait time wasn’t too bad either, even though it seemed a little busy. However, the main issue was with the staff. One of the employees was rude and didn’t seem very friendly, which kind of took away from the experience. Customer service really matters, so that’s something they could improve on. Other than that, everything else was solid, and I’d probably still come back.

Why have the Table Side delivery option on your app if youre not going to honor it? I have an Autistic son. We sat in the playground area. I ordered a sweet tea online to be brought to the table so I wouldn't have to leave him or pull him out of the playground. They made it and sat it on the mobile pick up counter and yelled my name out to come get it. Not okay. At all.

I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me. I then told the server at the front counter that they could throw the drink in the garbage as there was no way that I would drink it. The manager came out and offered a r

Terrible customer service. Ordered on the kiosk, took 22 mins to get an order of fries. Had to leave without my drink because I had an appointment and couldn’t wait. And the employees were just standing around. Do better.
