Love the online order options cause i’m always on the go. I got the 12.99 meal with just a burrito and a drink. I requested for Nashville hot sauce on the side because I was a bit nervous about the spice and they happily provided. The chipotle creama is a really good option for wanting a bit of spice but a lot of flavor. Love bubbakoo’s. Thank you bros.

Every time I order delivery from this location, the manager seems to take the opportunity to skimp on my meal. I ordered nachos “the works” and requested the chips and queso on the side so the food wouldn’t be soggy during delivery — a very reasonable request. The nachos are supposed to include 4 oz of queso, but I received about 2 oz, and the same shortage applied to the pico. While the beef portion was decent, the black beans were barely an ounce. When I called the store, the manager told me that ordering items on the side is “an inconvenience” because he has to pay for containers. I expla

I’ve given it two attempts but I don’t think I can do it anymore. Calling yourself Mexican/asian fusion is a stretch when the food is completely white-washed. NOTHING they have is spicy even if it says it is. I took the “hot” salsa back to cashier asking if she gave me the regular one and she said nope that’s the hot one. As an Asian person I was extremely disappointed. The ingredients are fresh. But the flavor was severely lacking. Also, I can’t ever redeem my rewards online. Both times it wouldn’t work. Ordered the build your own burrito bowl with the grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro, pinto beans, and fajita veggies. Also got a side of the ghost pepper salsa, and an order of chips with homemade salsa. Everything was delicious, and so much that I have leftovers. Ordered through grub hub with delivery to my hotel, arrived early and was hot and fresh. Highly recommend!
