The quality and large amount of plant based options is so very much appreciated in an area with so few vegan restaurants. I had the -Vegan Tom Kha Soup; Big chunks of veg & tofu, absolutely delightful broth -Vegan Scallion Cakes (Gui Chai); Great texture and flavor, the sauce was incredible -Fried Tofu Bites (Crispy Triangle); Perfectly fried, crispy and not too oily, I could eat these by themselves, but once again the sauce was absolutely phenom
