On my child’s 7th birthday on 04/03/2026, we went to this location for a birthday breakfast. When we went in we were seated away from everyone, towards the back of the restaurant, by the restrooms. A few minutes in we were met with the smell of shit. I told one of the servers that we needed to be moved, seeing no urgency being taken, my child and I got up and moved to another table. The server came out and I told him we were celebrating a birthday, and he asked how old my daughter was and I told him 7 and he looked her up and down and said she looks older. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Maria F is the absolute rudest server I have ever had at any IHOP in my 25+ years of being a customer. Attitude from the beginning. Me and my 3y/o came in for lunch. He's potty training so bathroom breaks are a must. Got up to use the bathroom (left my Dodgers hat and my sons toys on the table) and our server stopped us. I told her he needed the bathroom, so she rolled her eyes and pointed us to the corner. Mind you never once mentioning the door requires a code. We had to walk back looking for someone to give us the code. Then she dumps our receipt on the table

I just want to thank Veronica for been so amazing, she provided me and my family with such excellent service, you don’t find this type is service very often. She was polite, attentive and great personality. Our order was perfect and she never forgot about us, our coffee mugs were never empty. Found our new favorite breakfast spot. Thank you Veronica!!!

Had a rough day at work and wanted something comforting. Hubby and I decided that there is nothing more comforting than breakfast so we came to our neighborhood IHOP. Food was everything I was craving. And our waiter Alejandro (Alex) made the experience even better!! Thank you Alex!!!
