The play place is perfect for my 4 year old and I love that it’s set a little apart from the rest of the dining area and that it has its own attached family restroom. So convenient! On top of that the food came out quickly, and the dining area was very clean.

Young teenager at the front register, I had to repeat my order like 5 times... and no surprise it came out wrong. Then the manager lady acted bothered when I went up to ask for them to remake. Maybe train your "children" a little better before they're taking peoples orders. Don't take it out on the customers, sorry!!! The place looked nice and clean. The play place was fun for the kids.

Most McDonald’s locations feel the same…. But this one doesn’t. The difference is James. I’ve been to plenty in the area, and this is the only one I consistently choose. The restaurant is always clean. Not surface clean. Actually clean. Tables wiped, floors cared for, lobby managed even during busy times. What really stands out is the professionalism and kindness. You’re not just an order number. There’s eye contact. There’s respect. There’s kindness from James and the whole gang. So shoutout to James for making this McDonald’s feel different… And that’s why we keep coming back!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at McDonald’s location #36055 in Sandy, Utah on February 5. During my visit I was assisted by the cashier listed on my receipt as “KS.” The interaction quickly became unprofessional and hostile.
