Parking is always great and there's never any wait time. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Edit: they now have a great side and meal menu!

Our waitress was nice, although her service wasn't extraordinary, and we could tell that she didn't want to be there, even though the restaurant had just opened for the day. We ordered all-you-can-eat lunch for 2 adults for $40, and we got our money's worth. I recommend the Hyrid roll from Menu A and the Unagi/Eel roll from Menu B. We were satisfied by the time we left, and I would recommend Sushi Ya for lunch.

The people who run it are so kind (and sweet to our kids who like the miso soup, noodle, and tempura options), the food is tasty, and the all you can eat is so worth the price! My favorite are eel nigiri and trio hand roll.
