Zero stars if that were actually an option. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered wings and fries and had to send the wings back the first time because they were completely dry, hard, and clearly not fresh. They tasted like they had already been cooked, sitting under a heat lamp, and then reheated and served to us. We called and asked for a replacement thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope. The second batch came back with the exact same problem. Dry. Hard. Overcooked. Unacceptable. At that point it was obvious this is how they serve their wings here. T

NEVER ORDER TO-GO. Overall, food sucks, and service is mixed. Appetizers are somehow worse quality than frozen grocery. Wings are small but with tasty sauces; somehow and unfortunately, I always get 80% flats. To-go wings never have sauce and wings mixed; it's always drizzled on top... There is often no worker to be found, and they always cheap out on celery and sauces to-go. Dine-in service is significantly better.

We enjoy Leo as our server. He is so attentive and does his job well. He is the server you wish you had at every restaurant because he knows what customer service is. MANY restaurants' servers have no clue what that is. Buffalo WW, don't let Leo go!
