To buy a cake in the bakery, you’ve got to find an associate to get the item. Then that person has to print out the barcode for the item( if they don’t know how you’ve got to find someone else). Thirdly you’ll have to take that barcode back to the front and checkout. Lastly you’ll, walk back to the bakery, need to find an associate again, then show them your receipt and proof of purchase. This location is one of Tucsons few “super” locations and is massive. Having to walk back and forth, wait in several lines, find multiple helpful associates, and prove your qualified with the money before the

I really love this Fry's grocery store! It really has everything that you would expect in a grocery store and more. About once a month I pick up some of the fresh sushi and most of the time I can find something from the meat department that's on sale. The aisles are well-stocked and clean and check out is quick and easy. I usually use the self-checkout and I don't think I've ever run into super long lines. Another added bonus is that they have a drive-thru pharmacy which unfortunately the Safeway in our area does not.

We had an OK experience tonight here, the store seemed clean & somewhat well stocked they have a nice meat and produce department. So I'll give it a three-star rating, at least tonight there were shopping carts available in the cart corral inside for a change.

The last couple of times I’ve been here I’ve been really disappointed. There are employees who talk loudly on their phones while working and cussing like a sailor with zero regard for customers or children around them. Not only that but they walk around like they own the place and have no manners at all. The produce is usually good until recently the habaneros and ginger were EXTREMELY moldy. Please fix this and do better.
