Starbucks on 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd Do you like being racially profiled? Do you like getting your drink super late? Do you like being called a thief? If you want to check all the boxes, visit this Starbucks establishment. I occasionally come to this location and place my order online through the Starbucks app or ubereats. I place my order before leaving for work, come to pick up my drink, and go to work. I’ve never been to a starbucks where the staff are so outrageously rude. I don’t need to give any names because I have been to this location 10+ times and never received good service. They never smile and never ask how you’re doing. Once I asked them to grind up my coffee beans (that I had just purchased) and received several bad looks. I have ordered my drinks through the mobile app (to try to avoid the horrible services and looks) and the app will say your drink will be ready in 3-6mins; every time I wait 7 minutes to go in the drive-thru and EVERY time they give me so much attitude and say

You will always end up waiting 10-20 minutes... or more! At this location. Yes they are nice but it's always the slowest one in Dublin. And unfortunately they miss items probably because they are busy and rushing

It's nice and all but the music is way too loud. I would prefer if it was a nice soothing background noise, but it's like really distracting to the point I can hear it through my noise cancelling headphones.
