As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and The SERA Archives Thriller Series, I make a point to visit bookstores while traveling, and Barnes & Noble in central Richmond is a strong location. The store is clean and easy to navigate, with a layout that encourages browsing without feeling crowded. Sections are clearly defined, and it is easy to move between genres and spend time exploring. The music and audiobook areas add depth beyond the standard book selection and give the store a broader media feel. I also spent time in the romance section while working on The Maui Desire Romance

I love B&N. This location was amazing. I felt welcomed from the time I entered the store. Rather than searching the isles for Scottish history books, l asked an associate for assistance. She took me right to what I wanted. Once the associate helped me, I was able to grab a latte and then I sat to perise the reference to my family heritage. I have worked in retail, and I know the importance of customer assistance. It is refreshing to actual find customer assistance. Thank you B&N.

I love this place, I'm going to keep coming back. It's clean and the employees are nice. I didn't get pictures of the store, I was too immersed in books. Haha Update: I am no longer coming back here. Older cashier discriminated against me, I guess she thought I couldn't afford the membership.

Great bookstore!! Larger than most Barnes and Nobles. My husband loves the huge selection of history and science books. Can spend hours and hours in here! Convenient location!
