The person who took my order identified herself as Elizabeth. I asked for a strawberry lemonade slushie with blue raspberry. She said they were out of lemonade syrup. I told her that’s fine, I just want a slushie with strawberry, lemonade and blue raspberry. She got EXTREMELY RUDE and told me “how many times do I have to tell you we’re out of lemonade syrup?” I told her I came two days ago and got the exact drink I’m asking for. Sonic math is not mathing. 👀 Went to get a last day of school treat for the kids and ordered everything in a LARGE: a Dr Pepper, a Master Shake, and 3 Oreo Sonic Blasts. Total was $34. Why are the Blasts practically half the size of the shake but cost more? $7.49 each for each cup. Its ridiculous. Is this a mistake or is Sonic just wilding? It didn’t even have a decent amount of Oreo pieces 😮‍💨

Im giving 5 stars ONLY for BETTY. I've lived in Duncanville 12 years and I Love the small town feel in most local businesses. Betty gives me that feeling. She is always smiling and friendly. She is accommodating and goes the extra mile to make you smile even when your day is bad seeing her smile and her asking how your day is or how your kids are makes all the difference because she cares and you dont get that in fast food.
