We ordered for delivery at 5:35 pm, was told our pizza would be delivered around 6:04. Initially an Uber Eats driver told us that someone else took our order, and that the store had to remake it, then apparently that driver didn’t wait for it to be done and another driver got assigned to it. 2 hours after we ordered, the pizza finally came. We ordered two medium pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. You can see it on the receipt. And we ordered a set of breadsticks and cinnamon sticks plus two 20 oz sodas. First time trying to get food here we waited an entire hour (not exaggerating) for 2 large pizzas and cheese bread. The person taking my order double checked what I wanted, and I even checked a 3rd time to make sure they had my order right, and they still made it wrong. We also were charged 50% higher on a regular cheese pizza and 100% higher on a pizza with toppings than they advertise the cost to be on their own building windows. I contacted their customer service line and they “opened a case” and I never heard back.
