*****UPDATE***** A manager reached out to us and took great care of us! The staff was polite and took care of our needs. Thank you JR Guevara! They never understand what I’m asking for. They are often out of many things. I ordered the new sonic smash burger and was so disappointed. I got ONE patty that seemed like a prefrozen microwaved patty. I also ordered cheese tots with extra cheese and only half of it was covered in cheese. My husband ordered the chicken tender meal that is supposed to come with Texas toast, tots, and onion rings… well it did not. They were out of onion rings. We still
