Let me start by saying Kale is doing a great job. Excellent customer service. Actually was cleaning. Was not taking the stress of fast food out on the customers. While the manager was visibly unhappy and short with verbal communication, she wasn't any more rude than that. The dining room was filthy. Sticky floor and the pop machine area was dirty and sticky. The cook would make food and then get on their phone. I wholeheartedly understand being short staffed and busy (there was only 3 customers at the time i was there). I don't know what they are up to but it's not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby's too

My chickens pecan salad sandwich had verry little mayo and wasn't toasted. Palease omg no, ruined the whole damn vibe of the sandwich. Um correction, the toasted part was on the inside and it's damn dry without enough may. Send help lol

4/1 - 10:30pm - I am unsure of her name but there was a woman working drive thru. SHE IS AMAZING. Super friendly and always provides amazing service! She’s a superstar!
