So we came in with a large group and it wasn't super busy. Most of us were able to get everything that we wanted and ordered. Food was on point & good (with one exception, but I'll get to that in a bit). Most of us got very attentive service. I guess towards the end of our group the main cashier seemed to be a little frustrated. Now I will admit when you have a bunch of teenagers, they don't all tend to pay attention when you're actually talking to them. Yesterday I put in an online order and went inside to buy a separate bag of chips. When waiting in line I saw the bowls and burritos filled to the brim so I expected mine would be the same. Instead when I got home I had genuinely the smallest amount I’ve ever seen qdoba give out. This has happened now a couple times when I’ve ordered online and I thought it was a fluke or a change in standards but yesterday was a crazy amount too little to not say anything. For $12 I shouldn’t still be hungry I hope there can be a conversation with the catering side of things that fulfills the online orders. U

My friend ordered a bowl today with a shell bowl. The shell was not cooked properly. It is doughy and soft. We are working and cannot leave to get a replacement meal. We sent one worker to get everyone’s orders. She called back to let them know and a man answered who claimed to be the manager on 12/6/25 at 1:00 pm. He argued with her and said it didn’t matter if the shell is uncooked because it is, “complimentary,” and accused her of trying to get a free meal. She’s entitled to the meal she paid for.
