Placed an online order, pretty easy to navigate online. Also was able to quickly get a member/rewards account setup. Picked up the order at the scheduled time, got it very fast. Haven’t been to chipotle in so long, forgot how humongous the portions are! (See pictures) First time coming back to this location in years, tastes the same as when I came here as a kid! The outside seating seemed nice especially since it’s nice and sunny during the summertime. Lots of seating inside as well. Restaurant was about half full at 1:30pm on a Friday. Today it was terrible, waited 25 minutes and was told that online service is a priority. It's a pity that they have become bad. They started well, but turned into an office with a low level of service, a non-working toilet and no priority for offline clients. Sort things out there, there's nowhere to even wash your hands. If the managers need photos, contact me. also the workers don't give a certain type of meat and say that it's only for online customers. Close this place if you can't handle real customers and sell only online 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The crew in the kitchen plays loud music that clashes with the music being played by the restaurant. Super loud. Food was decent just hard to order over the loud music.

I’ve never been so poorly treated and overcharged at any chipotle before. The manager charged me $.50 per taco shell when every other place I’ve ever visited you can get the side of taco shells for three of them for $.50. They also overcharged me in for a queso that was supposed to be 295 and they charge me nearly 5 dollars.I was wondering why this chipotle had such a low rating but even the parking and access overall is very challenging to get in and out of the store I wouldn’t return to this, even though I am a big fan of chipotle.
