We landed at 8:30pm and everyone was hungry on the way home, so we stopped by KFC in Factoria around 9:30pm. Mind you, this location closes at 1am, so there’s no excuse for the food we were served. Everything was disgusting. The chicken was soggy and wet and mac & cheese tasted terrible. Honestly, everything went straight into the trash. Completely unacceptable service and food quality. It felt like nobody wanted to work or make fresh food, so we were handed old leftovers instead. Shameful experience.

KFC used to be our childhood go-to fast food restaurant. Every weekend, without fail, we would go for an 8-piece bucket of extra crispy chicken with honey packets on the side. After coming again today and breaking a 5+ year hiatus, we are sorely disappointed. The chicken was dry, stringy, and verging on burnt; the tenders were overwhelmingly salty; and the fries managed to be both chewy and tough. Is this for real? It's Saturday and they're out of ketchup. Hahaha What is the manager doing? Don't they manage inventory? The staff are very unfriendly. They might even be out of plastic knives. This is a KFC that's out of ketchup on a Saturday lunchtime. Go to Ezell's instead

I ordered a famous bowl and it had no chicken in it. I wish they would’ve just told me if they couldn’t make it since I understand it was an hour from close.
