Always get their mint cucumber cooler, super refreshing and fragrant due to Mediterranean spearmint, more delicious than American spearmint. The biggest dilemma is always the overly generous portion size, perhaps too much of a good thing. They start you off with a freshly baked pita with olive oil and za’atar. At that point, a single order of hummus—super thick, smooth, and nutty (they don’t skimp on the tahini), with a vibrant twang from sumac—with vegetables and unlimite
